Abstract
The paper presents an analysis of the legislation of the Donetsk People's Republic, which establishes the competencies, powers, tasks and functions of public authorities in the field of investment activity, and also offers a system of such bodies. The author analyzes the powers of the state administration bodies in the field of investment activity, provided for by the current legislation. Shortcomings of the current legislation on this issue are revealed.
