Abstract
The article is devoted to the implementation of the presumption of good faith of an entrepreneur under the legislation of the Donetsk People’s Republic. Based on the study of the legislation of the DPR, an opinion on the possibility of using the norms establishing the presumption of good faith of participants in business relations in the Republic is expressed.
