Abstract
The paper examines the praxeological features of protecting the civil rights of individuals in civil proceedings in the Donetsk People’s Republic at the present stage. The problematic aspects are investigated and the suggestions on improving the efficiency of the mechanism of protecting the civil rights of individuals in the DPR are provided.
