MOTIVATION AND STIMULATION OF LABOR AS A COMPONENT OF ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

The article is devoted to the analysis of existing problems of labor motivation of workers and their stimulation in the enterprise management system. The essence of the needs of workers, their labor values, features of the motivational process through which the satisfaction of primary needs is carried out is revealed. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods of employee motivation are highlighted and the need for combining the goals of workers with the goal of the enterprise is substantiated.
