ADMINISTRATIVE LIABILITY FOR OFFENSES IN CONNECTION WITH CORRUPTION

The article is devoted to the coverage of the following issue — the current aspects of administrative liability for offenses in connection with corruption. Corruption is defined according to the applicable legislation. The main and specific signs of corruption are formulated. Also there are listed types of offenses in connection with corruption for which administrative liability is provided. The number of persons authorized to draw up reports on administrative offenses is determined. The importance of preventing this special type of offenses mentioned above is highlighted.
