ADMINISTRATIVE COERCION AS THE MOST UNIVERSAL MEANS OF INFLUENCE AND ONE OF THE MAIN METHODS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

The article is devoted to the study of relevant aspects of administrative coercion as one of the main methods of public administration. Particular attention is paid to the impact of such coercion of human rights. The special place of administrative coercion in public administration is considered as a method of influencing the unlawful behavior of citizens.
