Abstract

Practical issues and the state of resocialization of convicts in Ukraine are investigated. Comparison of the process of resocialization in Ukraine and European countries is made, the argumentation and analysis of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights on the re-socialization of convicts, and a set of measures to effectively correct persons who have served their sentences are explained.
