Abstract
The present study was focused to identify the shift in the HR roles in different perspective. The study generated the key analytical areas of HR domain and also highlighted the present scenario of dealing big data with respect to various real-time examples. The article also highlighted the need for HR analytics, Challenges involved in HR analytics and the various software's used in HR analytics. The study will enable the HR professionals to segregate the HR activities under different categories and facilitate the aspiring HR professions with information on prerequisites knowledge befitting for today's world of analytics
