Abstract
The article describes approach to creating CRM system based on which online learning platform will operate. Using CRM technologies, which also include cloud technologies, as well as machine learning and gamification methods, will make it possible to create a more advanced system that will improve the learning process for students. In addition, there is an analysis of the three most popular online platforms in the world to identify deficiencies in them that will be taken into account while creating own system.
