In order to conduct high-quality information work with the population, the authorities maintain official websites or information portals, on which, in addition to providing information, they also interact with the population, provide services, etc. But how to determine what and what information is needed for the population, in addition to that provided by the authorities? To answer these questions, the article provides a variant of the study, highlighting specific data that can be analyzed by various methods, and also using the example of a technological solution, the method of using the data is shown.
