Abstract
The article considers different models of work motivation systems, namely: Japanese, American, French, German and Swedish models. Staff motivation is the main tool that ensures optimal use of resources and mobilizes human resources that exist in the enterprise. The main purpose of the motivation process is the maximum return on the use of available labor resources, which helps to increase the overall efficiency and profitability of the enterprise. Today, the problem of motivation is its imperfection in enterprises, lack of funding for measures aimed at improving staff motivation, as well as due attention to motivation in enterprises in general.
