STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRONIC COURT RECORD KEEPING IN THE CONTEXT OF THE CONCEPT OF DEVELOPMENT OF E-GOVERNMENT OF UKRAINE

The main tendencies in the development of electronic judicial proceeding and its place in the system of e-governance of Ukraine are analyzed and characterized. The stages and tasks of implementation of e-court proceeding and document management in the judicial institutions are described. The main strategic directions of the implementation of e-judicial proceeding in the context of the Concept of the of E-Governance Development of Ukraine and the Concept of the branch program of informational support of courts are defined.
