Abstract
This paper analyses the energetic resources that make part of the production process of a local brewery. With the analysis carried out, the equipment that presents the highest consumption was identified, and improvement options were proposed to reduce the operation costs, always taking into account the efficient management. According to the results obtained, the highest costs associated with the production process are presented in electric consumption, so the change of air is proposed. The company has been working on a project for the development of a conditioning system that complies with the provisions of the Technical Regulations on Labeling - RETIQ in Colombia, projecting a reduction in consumption, determining that the factor that most affects energy consumption for production is the use of air conditioning, which is necessary to maintain. The temperature is constant and does not affect the quality of the product, therefore, with the modernization of the Air Conditioning and a management model. The energy-efficient system is expected to reduce the energy consumption of the brewery
