Abstract
Compliance with the requirements imposed to legal professional ethics is pledge of successful career of each lawyer. This article is devoted to illumination of the most important qualities necessary for each representative of legal profession. Of these, responsibility, independence, honesty and unselfishness are distinguished. The importance of the pro bono centers activity gratuitously giving the legal assistance to various charitable, public and other organizations, as well as to individuals who can't pay the similar assistance is emphasized in the article.
