THE PROPERTY RIGHT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ABROAD

This work is devoted to the analysis of the modern situation in the sphere of regulation of the relations in the matter of the property of the Russian Federation abroad. The presented work contains brief historical review. The problem of this work is lack of the uniform mechanism for the state ownership management, which is located abroad. Among the problems it is possible to distinguish an insufficient readiness of this subject by the domestic scientists, not enough attention from public authorities. The purpose of this work is development of recommendations and offers, which can promote the solution of the many problems in the property sphere. The results of this research have to promote reforming of system of federal and regional authorities in this sphere. The work is characterized by the new view and approach to the established problem.
