PREDICTING OF THE PROFESSIONAL FUTURE AS A CONDITION OF OVERCOMING OF ITS ASYMMETRY

The predicting of professional future of the person in postindustrial society is analyzed in the article. The purpose of the predicting depends on the personality self-determination at different stages of the formation and causes an individual trajectory of professional development of the personality. The main functions of predicting of the social and professional future are its advancing reflection, adaptation to professionally significant events, a reflection of the past and the present, creation of the temporary transpective, an assessment of achievements and mobilization on implementation of the plans. The features of individual trajectories construction of the professional future and psychological mechanisms of overcoming of its asymmetry are regarded in the present article.
