Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between demographic variables and job satisfaction among working woman in Private Hospitals. The research is explanatory. In this study, women working in multi - specialty hospital are studied. The investigate consist of90 Nurses preferred by convenient sampling procedure. All questionnaire filled by online. A socio- demographic questionnaire is used for the purpose. Questionnaire is divided into two parts first is related to demographic factors which are related to age, marital status, No. of years of experience, working time and second part is related to job satisfaction during covid -19. The primary data can be examined by using the statistical instrument similar to chi-square, mean standard deviation ANOVA and SPSS. The study revealed that, there is no significant relationship between demographic factors (working time and marital status no. of. Years of Experience) and job satisfaction. But there is a significant relationship between demographic factors Age and job satisfaction.
