LEADERSHIP FROM DARK TRIAD PERSPECTIVE IN MULTIPLE TYPES OF ORGANIZATION: A DISCOVERY OF NATURE AND STYLE OF LEADERS IN GOVERNMENT, SEMI GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE SECTOR

In recent decades, most leadership-related literature has been aimed at describing leadership in a positive way that has a positive impact. According to current personality and leadership research, a number of “dark triad traits (narcissists, Machiavellians, and psychopaths) are present” in leadership roles because of their high desire for authority and social superiority preference. Dark government, as a result, represents a portion of the truth of leadership. Despite this, the shadow dimension of leadership is also mostly unexplored. The shadow side, on the other hand, has received no attention. The aim of this research is to compare and contrast the dark side of leadership with its ostensibly bright side. This research examines leadership in several levels of organizations, as well as the essence and style of leaders in various fields, from a dark triad viewpoint
