Abstract
COVID-19 is a nightmare for each and every industry throughout the world. Although service sector in which interaction with customer is must has been affected in a most serious manner. Especially hospitality industry is one of the top industries in the list of affected industries. However, there is a severe lacking of studies which may explore effect of COVID-19 on hospitality industry. Especially with the context of Pakistan there is a severe lacking of studies and therefore this study is specifically aimed to highlight various tools for implementing crises management strategies in hospitality industry. However, due to lacking of systematic literature this study focuses on providing detailed description regarding the crises management strategies pertaining to hospitality industry of Pakistan.
