Abstract
A concept "potential of enterprise" is specified in the article, and also the model of diagnostics of level of potential of machine-building enterprise is developed, which is distinguished by the account of key potential-forming factors (competitiveness, investment attractiveness and development of enterprise) and enables to estimate the prospect of enterprise.
