Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of corporate integrated management systems (CIMS) at industrial enterprises. The purpose of the article is to identify the positive aspects of creating a CIMS, to present a methodology for building a corporate system that covers three key elements of management: quality, environmental protection, health and safety of people, which contributes to its holistic perception, and provides the flexibility required by the strategy. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the presented model is carried out on the basis of monitoring processes in each department according to the degree of achievement of the planned goals, taking into account the risks.
