The elements of Donald Trump’s conspiracy rhetoric

Analysis of the text material proved that conspiracy narrative is a characteristic feature of Donald Trump's political discourse, which is represented by lexical units and nominations from the semantic field "secret conspiracy", the main of which is the lexeme “conspiracy”. Conspiracy narratives have been linked to the manipulation of voters' beliefs in the USA. The article proves the relevance of studying conspiracism in the American presidential discourse and outlines further prospective research.
