ANALYSIS OF METHODS AND INDICATORS FOR EVALUATION OF EFFICIENCY OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE

The article establishes that the choice of method and indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the information-analytical system of the National Guard of Ukraine is very important, both to assess its effectiveness in combat use and when comparing it with similar information-analytical systems. It is shown that the information-analytical system is a component of the automated control system, so the evaluation methods and efficiency indicators of the automated control system can be used for separate evaluation of the efficiency of the information-analytical system (and, in particular, for the information-analytical system of the National Guard of Ukraine). features (structure, functions, purpose, specifics of application, its hardware and software implementation, etc.). Standards required to assess the effectiveness of the information and analytical system of the National Guard of Ukraine are calculated and pre-established on the basis of generalization of combat experience, exercises, test results, modeling and experience of using similar systems. The main characteristics and parameters of the management of the group of troops (forces) of the National Guard of Ukraine, which should be taken into account in the development and use of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of the information and analytical system of the National Guard of Ukraine on individual indicators. An analytical review of methods and indicators of efficiency of automated control systems and information-analytical systems for military purposes, which can be used to assess the effectiveness of the information-analytical system of the National Guard of Ukraine. The systematization of standard approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of the information and analytical system of the National Guard of Ukraine is presented, their essence, main advantages, disadvantages and scope are determined.
