Abstract

The formation of openpit working zone in space and time is carried out during width change of work platforms, advance of the loading face in the development process of mining operations. Width of work platforms includes the minimum width and the certain stock reducing influence of mining on adjacent ledges. On each work ledge in openpit there is the value limit of width of work platforms, at which mining on the underlying ledge have to be stopped to avoid a stop it on this ledge. This limit value is the minimum width of work platform. The minimum width of work platform ensures normal functioning of the mining-transport equipment placed only on this ledge. For maintenance of reliable work of the openpit it is necessary to have the backup lane of the work platform, in which volumes of stocks, ready for excavation, are concentrated. Regulation by width of work platforms and therefore volumes of stocks on ledges, ready for excavation, at observance of regularities of openpit space forming, allows to create the certain loading face form corresponding to a maximum of work reliability of mine technical openpit system.
