Abstract
The treatment of immature teeth with necrotic pulp requires the choice of the good technic and the appropriate material. Several materials can be recommanded to achieve the apical barriers formation. The aim of this work is to discuss the management of necrotic tooth with open apice using MTA in a successful clinical case report.
