Abstract
This article deals with the research of establishment effectiveness of development program of academically capable and gifted children adaptation “Journey to the country of Knowledge” under scientific and pedagogical project “Intellect of Ukraine”. It is stated that the establishment of the development program “Journey to the country of Knowledge” promoted the increasing of level of children readiness to school; development of self-control and self education skills; high level of wellbeing of children’s relationship; increasing of motivation, achievement and studying levels. During the working process children developed their vocabulary, improved speaking skills, formed positive attitude to the studying process. It should be mentioned that the conducted work promoted the increasing of an amount of children with high level of school readiness and the reduction of disadapted children. Positive models of behavior in real life were formed; imagination, memory, attention, perception, speaking and thinking were actualized and developed, the necessity of following rules of behavior at school actualized; children learned solving problematic situations methods.
