Political Rusynism in Ukrainian ethnopolitic and its influence outside the state

Rusyn’s problem is the extremely important issue in the modern Ethnopolitics. The purpose of this article is to describe the Rusyn community in Ukraine, its official status, to analyze the problem of political rusynism and its effects outside the state. Of big importance is to define the characteristics Rusyns’community and government’s relations, including at the regional level. As the Rusyn perspective is the interesting field of research, we must mention some of the scientists: O. Myshanych, A. Lyashenko, M. Panczuk, Y. Balega. The question of Rusyns identity is controversial and has a big influence on a Rusyn’s community. This ambiguity we can watch also among the scientists. Etnopolitological approach makes it possible to find a place of Rusyns problem in the modern Ukrainian ethnic policy and to find out the role an influence of the political Rusynism not only in Ukraine, but also abroad. As Rusyns have an ongoing dialogue with the authorities, their relationship with local authorities are ambiguous. We can make the conclusion that the political rusynism has a destabilizing effect not only in their own community but also in relations with Ukrainians including foreign countries.
