Abstract
In the process of rapid change and innovation due to globalization and technologic improvements of today, organizations must be restructured as well as managers and employees must develop and change themselves in order to increase their performance, continue their achievements in spite of growing competition and increase their productivity. Organizations and employees need an expert, a coach in order to keep up with the changing conditions and reach more excellent. Coaching is a process, which increase the efficiency of people’s learning processes, help them gain various skills, help them improve their skills and increase their performance. In this thesis, the effects of coaching approach towards on managers and employees are analyzed. According to survey results, coaching approach has increased managers’ and employees’ performance, communication efficiency, problem resolution skill and success of empowerment in the researched organizations.
