Abstract
In 57 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis in peripheral blood studying of the expression of the activation marker CD 25 on immunocompetent cells in comparison with healthy is carried out, its interrelation with severity of tuberculous process and dynamics in the course of antibacterial treatment is studied. The increase of CD25 cells in patients with tuberculosis which is especially expressed in patients with serious, destructive and complicated tuberculosis forms, and also the decrease in the level of this marker in the course of chemotherapy that can point to interrelation of its expression with the level of bacterial population of M. tuberculosis is established.
