Abstract
Nanomaterials such as nanorod, nanowire, nanoflakes, nanoflowers and nanoparticle have dominated the research interest in gas sensing application due to their large number of surface sites facilitating surface reactions. So, depending on the surface reaction sensitivity of a gas sensor may vary. So the factors such as chemical components of the composites, microstructure, surface modification, doping, temperature and humidity have great influence on the sensitivity. In this brief review, sensitivity is discussed and formation of hexagonal nanorod is investigated. ). Use this document as a template and as an instruction set.
