STATE MUNICIPAL POLICY IN MANAGING CONFLICTS OF AUTHORITIES WITH THE PUBLIC

The work investigates the state municipal policy in the aspect of management, resolution and prevention of conflict situations. A model for improving the mechanisms of state management of conflicts at the institutional and communication levels is proposed. To increase the efficiency of public administration in the Donetsk People's Republic by the interaction of public authorities, local authorities and the public, the priority areas should be the formation of a Strategy for promoting the development of civil society and the development of the Draft Law "On Mediation", taking into account the interests of all subjects of state municipal policy
