Abstract
The work deals with the definition of such notions as «form» and «model» of interaction between the state and business entities. There was investigated the evolution of interaction forms between the state and business entities in terms of balancing and harmonization of public and economic interests and models corresponding to them were defined; the peculiarities and essential characteristics of various forms and models of interaction were revealed.
