FEATURES OF ADHERENCE TO TREATMENT AND TYPE OF ATTITUDE TO DISEASE IN PATIENTS OF THERAPEUTIC AND SURGICAL PROFILE

The aim of this study is to study the characteristics of treatment adherence and the types of attitude to the disease of patients with various diseases. Special attention is paid to the study of these characteristics in patients with therapeutic and surgical profiles. The article describes the relevance of scientific work, analyzes recent studies and identifies general patterns in the structure of treatment adherence and types of attitude to the disease in patients with various types of medical intervention. The paper presents a scheme of experimental research of the types of reactions to the disease and components of treatment adherence, describes the results of the study of the features of treatment adherence and the type of attitude to the disease of patients with therapeutic and surgical profiles. The use of the obtained results will allow us to identify the main targets of influence on patients' adherence to treatment in order to increase it, to ensure the fastest and most effective adaptation of patients to the conditions of the treatment process. It is also important to have the ability to increase the effectiveness of the treatment itself by reducing stress reactions. In addition, the use of data obtained during the study can be useful for doctors and medical personnel working with such patients. This will allow you to adjust and optimize the process of treatment and recovery of patients, taking into account the characteristics of the response to the disease and, as a result, the implementation or non-implementation of individual recommendations and prescriptions of the attending physician.
