Abstract
The current approaches to the staff formation of industrial enterprises in Ukraine are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods of staff formation in the enterprise in a globalizing economy are specified. The expediency of application of econometric models in the process of staff formation is grounded. The theoretical approaches to the staff formation based on a linear regression model are presented.
