System of training the workforce in the Ukraine

Abstract
Workers have a special place in the personnel of industrial enterprises, because of their abilities and skills depends on the quality and competitiveness of manufactured products, and hence the performance and position on the market depends on the professional potential of the company. Professional training of staff is an important element of modern management company or enterprise and may be not only economic problems. The quality of professional training is the most important factor in the development of human resources of the economy. Professional training of workers, especially, is a component of educational activities. One of the most important characteristics of education as a process is its continuity and consistency without interruption of the production process at the plant.
The aim of our work is to study and summarizing statements about the concept of individual scientists "professional competence of the workforce". In this paper, the author proposed to consider trades in the structure of professional competence in two main components. We also identified four main stages of professional competence of workers. Attention is focused on the assessment of professional competence, which is one of the determining factors in the hiring process, certification, identification of strategic areas of staff development and conflict resolution. In modern terms focus on professional competence necessary in the first place, in the professional training of the workforce.
