Prospectiva a nivel profesional desde miradas emprendedoras. Construcción de escenarios posibles como factor de competitividad

Foresight in managerial leadership, is the process by which decision-makers in an organisation obtain, process and analyse relevant information, internal and external, in order to assess the present situation as well as possible competitive scenarios with the aim of anticipating and deciding on future actions. From an entrepreneurial perspective, the prospective at a professional level, starting from the construction of possible scenarios as a factor of competitiveness, is determinant in the success of the organisations that are starting or that are already consolidated; the higher the strength of those involved, the greater their potential as a professional in the area of work undertaken and therefore, the greater the training of people capable of achieving goals as objectives, in addition to high levels of participation in society, motivation and commitment to achieving influence in the group. Methodologically, the present study is of a documentary and bibliographic nature, for which the method of hermeneutics was used to study the different documents and texts related to the subject. It is concluded that the entrepreneur must use prospective scenarios as a foundation in management, providing constant training, favourable to the organisation, where innovative situations can proposed that focus on the reality of the context in which it operates.
