He was born in Gostivar, Yugoslavia-Macedonia in 09.10.1960, but grew up in Raptiştah (Vrapçişte), where his father sits on the sidelines. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Cyril and Methodius University in 19.01.1987. For a while he worked as a general practitioner at the Boris Kancheski State Hospital in Gostivar. After his military service, he returned to his old job. During the breakup of Yugoslavia, he was among the founders of the Turkish Democratic Union and later of the Turkish Democratic Party. He was offered a general presidency, but he chose to pursue his specialty in Internal Medicine at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. In 1996, he became Internal Medicine Specialist. Then he started to work in Acıbadem Hospital. Keramettin Shar, in his work called li the Mountain Mountain of Shar Mountain li, describes the problems and suffering of Muslims and the massacre of the Bosniaks, while separate states were formed during the disintegration of Yugoslavia. He witnessed atrocities against Muslim Albanians and, more generally, Turks and Bosniaks.
