Abstract
In the 21th century which has witnessed a sudden shift in knowledge and technology, schools and school administrators have been expected to benefit from scientific research to adapt to these changes. School administrator is the head of the institution after all. School administrator, in that respect, is the individual who bears the responsibility of actualizing the school aims, maintaining the school climate and improving the qualities of the school. The study aims to determine whether scientific studies have been used by school administrators. Apart from that, the study investigates if there is a statistically significant difference between two groups, namely teachers and school administrators when level of education and seniority are considered.
