Abstract

The study of the impact of infrastructure on the competitiveness of the regional market of tourist services is a topical issue of modern economic research. Since infrastructure objects play a crucial role in the regional tourism economy, this determines the need to find ways to develop tourism market infrastructure, improve the efficiency of management decisions and implement its development strategy in line with the state and trends of the subregional tourism market. The purpose of the article is to determine the role of infrastructure in increasing the competitiveness of the regional tourism services market and to establish the relationship between the level of infrastructure development and the level of competitiveness of a regional tourist product. The article considers the essence, factors of the influence of infrastructure of the regional market of tourist services on its competitiveness. The role of infrastructure in increasing competitiveness of the regional market of tourist services and establishing the relationship between the level of infrastructure development and the level of competitiveness of the regional tourism product has been determined. The general pattern of the dependence of the regional market of tourist services on the level of infrastructure development has been established - the higher the level of infrastructure development, the higher the level of competitiveness. Infrastructure is one of the main factors in ensuring the competitiveness of the tourist services market in the region, but when approaching the optimal level, its impact on competitiveness is decreasing. Infrastructure manifests itself as a long-term competitive advantage with an average level of security. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is to apply to the analysis of the impact of infrastructure on the competitiveness of the tourism services market approach based on the evaluation of the competitive status of I. Ansoff. The practical significance is to distinguish the main problems of the infrastructure provision of the tourist services market for their immediate solution. Prospects for further research are the development of the concept of an optimal model of infrastructure of regional markets for tourism services, taking into account the specifics of the regions and their sectoral specialization.
