Abstract
The article notes that the development of the Azerbaijani economy and its successful integration into the world economy largely depends on the presence of highly developed effective entrepreneurship. As a result of successful reforms, the business sector today plays a key role in the modernization of the national economy. The article also notes that for the further development of entrepreneurship in our country, it is necessary to ensure a more efficient use of available material, financial and labor resources, natural resources, achievements of scientific and technological progress. Our liberated territories are rich in natural resources, and the implementation of specific measures for the formation and development of entrepreneurship in these territories can create opportunities and grounds for the effective use of these resources and thereby accelerate the economic development of our country. For this, the article offers appropriate proposals and recommendations for the formation and development of entrepreneurship in our liberated territories.
