Abstract

In modern conditions of economy knowledge, the effectiveness of the industrial enterprise is largely due to the effective managing its intellectual capital, in particular knowledge, as its component. Knowledge commercialization is one of the key elements of its management that provides growth of enterprise economic indicators, as it contributes to transformation of its innovations into cash equivalents. Accordingly, there is a problem of rationalizing the choice of areas using knowledge, which would facilitate the adaptation of business entities to changes in the conditions of management (ideally - provided the conditions for the programming of these changes), allow allocating and increasing their comparative competitive advantages, provide conditions for innovation growth, etc. Thus, the issues of development and scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles of choosing the directions of industrial enterprises knowledge commercialization are relevant. The purpose of the article is to develop and scientifically substantiate the theoretical and methodical principles of choosing the directions of industrial enterprises knowledge commercialization. The article presents the results of authors' researches that develop theoretical-methodical ways of knowledge management at an industrial enterprise in terms of managing their commercialization. Based on the results of system analysis and generalization of literary sources and business practices, systematization of existing approaches to the commercialization of knowledge, their strengths and weaknesses have been determined, recommendations for their application have been developed. The author's scheme of knowledge management has been proposed, the content and sequence of procedures for commercializing various types of knowledge at the enterprise have been defined. The basis for the approach to targeted knowledge management, which can be used as a methodical help in the forming the effective system of knowledge commercialization at the industrial enterprise has been developed. Further research should be aimed at the developing the basis of organization - economic mechanism of knowledge commercialization at an industrial enterprise.
