Scientific and Methodological Support of Self-Educational Activities of Preschool Education Teachers

Abstract

The article substantiates the peculiarities of scientific and methodological support of self-educational activities of preschool teachers. Scientific novelty of the research is to identify the features of scientific and methodological support for pedagogical staff self-education at preschool institutions. The study used theoretical methods (analysis, generalization) to clarify the form features, methods and techniques of organizing self-educational activities; empirical (questionnaire) - to identify the interest of teachers in the problems of organization and thematic direction. Scientific and methodological support for professional self-development has been systematized at the levels of: educational institution; city (district) methodical office; Regional Institute of Postgraduate Teacher Education; implementation of methodological-advisory support on professional self-development to pedagogical workers of preschool institution; coordinating activities to highlight the positive outcomes of professional self-development and summarize this experience; ensuring the continuous connection of preschool pedagogical staff with the system of postgraduate teacher education in order to stimulate the professional development and self-development; creation of virtual environments for professional self-development of preschool workers. The forms, methods and techniques of scientific and methodological support that give opportunity to receive information remotely, provide efficiency, speed, accessibility (video technologies, oppotunity to perceive new knowledge and methods of action, virtual restructuring of the social and professional sphere as a reflection life, relevant trainings and master classes that stimulate the activity of teaching staff to receive, and therefore search educational and pedagogical information independently) have been characterized. It has been emphasized that the improvement of professional, scientific and methodological training of pedagogical staff, enrichment of their technological potential, acceleration of the process of transformation of perspective pedagogical experience into practical activity can be performed on the basis of a master class
