Corporate culture of teachers at higher educational establishments as a pedagogical problem

Abstract
The pedagogical bases of corporate culture of teachers of higher educational establishment have been substantiated in the article. On the basis of scientific researches,we have presented the characteristics of the phenomenon of "corporate culture" and its leading functions; it has been noted that there are no common criteria for assessing corporate culture, and scientists have expressed different points of view on the sence of this conception. The studies of corporate culture have showed that it is often described by its individual elements, such as following traditions, holding corporate events, etc.; self-diagnosis of corporate culture is carried out according to the methods used in management. The value-emotional, cognitive, activity, personality-productive and subjective criteria of the corporate culture of the higher educational establishment, as well as their corresponding indicators, have been characterized. The authors have analyzed the peculiarities of the corporate culture of teachers and the criteria of its formation. It has been proved that the expediency of forming a corporate culture is due to its effectiveness, which is manifested in mobility, competitiveness, adaptability of higher educational establishments to new conditions, in the abilities of teachers and staff to self-realization through collogues. It has been noted that the atmosphere in the staff of the higher educational establishment provides the solution of the problems of spiritual, moral development of students receiving education and the formation of appropriate personality traits of future professionals who need them and the society for inclusion in social reality. The effectiveness of the teacher's activity, from the standpoint of corporate culture, has been realized on the basis of awareness, acceptance and realization of the goals of work of the higher educational establishment, established values, norms, rules and traditions that ensure the creation and maintenance of its image. We believe that the corporate culture of a teacher of a particular educational institution with a corresponding mission, traditions, values and norms should ensure the development of those personality traits that contribute to effective involvement in professional activity, to form the mentality and image of the graduate, to ensure the harmonization of collective and individual interests.
