Management training of future specialists in physical education (on the example of the National University «Chernihiv Collegium» named after Taras Shevchenko)

Abstract
The article represents the author's experience of teaching the subject "Management in Education, Physical Education and Sports" with emphasis on the features of the undergraduate students' individual research task in the form of the project "Change Management". Purpose of the article is to outline the possibilities of project activity in the framework of management training of future specialists in physical education, indicating its relevance for the specified target audience. The peculiarities of the project structure are outlined, taking into account the basic provisions of the theory of scientific management and the experience of the project team on educational management. The importance and relevance of the development of this type of project is emphasized, as it is of practical and practical importance, and the innovations proposed by the undergraduates could (under certain conditions) be implemented at the university / physical education faculty, in the city or region and be expedient and timely. Conclusions: managerial training is a necessary component of a master's program of specialist training; the expediency of the management block of disciplines on the part of the student audience is determined by the general desire / unwillingness to study; Master's implementation of an individual educational and research integrated project "Change Management" in the field of education, physical education and sports attests to their understanding not only of the essence of the discipline but also of its possibility; the practical value of the project and the innovations proposed by the undergraduates could (under certain conditions) be implemented at the university / physical education faculty, in the city or region and be expedient and timely; the topic of individual research tasks completed by the undergraduates of different graduation years (2018-2020) clearly shows the problems that need to be solved both at the faculty and in the region.
