Theoretical basis of legal education of future employees of preschool education

The purpose of the article is to investigate the theoretical background for the legal education of the future employees at preschool establishments during their higher education. There have been determined the purpose and specific tasks of legal education, explored functions; analyzed the content and objectives of the course "Intellectual Property in Education"; substantiated the main elements that form the basis of a legal education system for future employees of pre-school institutions. To achieve goals and accomplish the tasks the following methods have been used: theoretical - to determine the structure of legal competence of future employees of preschool education institutions and the content of legal education; empirical - to identify the real state of legal education in the university. It has been outlined that the theoretical basis for the legal education of future employees of preschool education is, in particular, the system of educational and legal activity, the set of interrelated measures, subordinated to its basic education and main purpose of legal knowledge; the purpose and specific tasks of legal education of future employees of preschool education have been determined; each of the functions of legal education of future employees of preschool education institutions has been defined and detailed; the content and objectives of the course "Intellectual Property in Education" analyzed; the basic elements that form the basis of the system of legal education for future preschool education employees have been substantiated. The scientific novelty of the research is that for the first time there have been defined theoretical background and the content of the legal upbringing of the future pre-school education employees during their study. The functions of a legal education of future preschool education employees have been stated for the first time. The practical significance of the study is elaboration of the theoretical background for the legal competence development of the future preschool education employees, and the research materials can be used in the system of vocational training.
