Abstract
The author considers it necessary to explain the key concepts of the problem of the language studying of students for professional communication in the educational environment of the university. The purpose of the article is to present the structure of the methodological system for the formation of linguistic professional communicative competence of future specialists in the field of public management and administration. The article focuses on pedagogical design, and also analyzes modern approaches to the classification of methods, forms and techniques of the Ukrainian language teaching. The author summarizes the definitions of the main key concepts of the problem proposed by teachers, linguists and sociologists. The methodological system proposed by the author consists of the proper educational material in Ukrainian, forms of organization of the student learning and self-education, traditional and innovative methods and techniques for implementing, monitoring and self-monitoring the level of students' communicative and professional language competence. The author notes that future leaders do the tasks using media didactics with interest, prepare individual and collective information and creative projects. The results of the implementation of the methodological system into the educational process presented in the article are confirmed by the positive dynamics. The scientific novelty of the research lay in the originality of the definitions proposed by the author, as well as in the design of an effective methodological system for the formation of the language professional communicative competence of the future specialists in the field of public management and administration. The publication materials can be used both in theoretical studies in the field of linguodidactics, and by university teachers of the Ukrainian language to prepare students of non-philological specialties for professional communication.
