Abstract
The issue of educational reform analysis in Norway has been raised in the article. It has been found that this country is developing rapidly and occupies a prominent place among developed countries in terms of educational policy, and its level is an important factor in intellectual, economic, social, scientific and technical, innovation and technological, and cultural development, it largely provides the country with stability. The Norwegian experience suggests that changes in the education system are possible in the short term with political support for reform; clear division of responsibilities among national, regional and local authorities; solving the issues related to the planning and implementation of all changes at the national level by coordinating the actions of the Ministry of Education and the government. It has been noted that in this country there has been a change of social paradigm - from technocratic to industrial, from industrial to information; the development of education has been influenced by social integration processes, globalization, democratization, the creation of a single information space, and so on. These changes have taken place at a pace that has led to the need for immediate review and reform of education at all levels. Focusing on the modern labor market, Norwegian education to the priorities of today include the ability to operate with innovative technologies and knowledge that will meet the needs of the information society; combination of traditional and alternative education, public and private; increasing the role and importance of education in the life of society, its transformation into a real productive and social force, the central connecting link of the system "science - technology - man - production - culture". The analysis of the positive experience of reforming education in Norway is becoming important today. The need for in-depth study of transformations is largely due to the urgent need of the time - to reach the highest world level of science and technology, as well as the fact that Ukrainian education has returned to the ideas of humanization and democratization, cooperation, innovation in solving educational problems, interaction in the educational environment.
