Professional burning as a subject to research labor psychology

Abstract
The results of theoretical analysis of modern explorations of professional burnout as a subject of study of work psychology have been presented in the article. Professional burnout manifests itself in the professional field and is related to the attitude of the person to work has been determined. Modern investigation contains information that burnout affects all spheres of human existence, and the causes are the complex interplay between factors of individual, interpersonal and organizational levels. Both individual characteristics, interaction features, and working environment conditions influence the emergence, formation, and development of occupational burnout. This situation is observed in almost all analyzed works irrespective of the type of profession (entrepreneurs, education workers, psychologists of various spheres of activity, law enforcement officials, social workers, health care workers, etc.), ownership (public, private). It has been determined that professional burnout of entrepreneurs arises under the influence of microlevel and mezzanine factors; education workers are determinants of three main groups of factors: social and economic; social and psychological; individual and psychological. Psychologists working in different fields have similar tendencies: determinants are social and demographic, internships, personal, attitudes to work and their own I factors. In investigators, professional burnout is driven by external and internal factors. Psychological prerequisites for the professional activity of coaches that determine the occurrence of emotional tension include external and internal stress factors. The level of professional burnout in the personnel of the Operational Rescue Service of the SSES of Ukraine is related to personal characteristics, organizational, professional and social and demographic characteristics. The reasons for the development of emotional burnout in the professional activity of doctors are the interaction of personal and situational factors. Among the risk factors or potential drivers of professional burnout are personal, status-role and corporate (professional-organizational). The results of the analysis can be the basis for the development of preventive measures to tip off professional burnout in employees of different organizations.
