Abstract
The main theoretical and methodological basics for preventing behaviour deviations of juveniles are defined in the article. Attention is focused on the studies made by such scientists as Ya. Komenskyi. K. Ushynskyi, Zh.-Zh. Russo, I. Pestalotstsi, R. Owen, M. Dobroliubov, D. Pysariev, M. Pyrohov, O. Ostrohorskyi and others. It's also stated that immoral behavior especially among youths is an extremely painful subject for world society in general and Ukrainian in particular and social deviations are as diverse as existing standards of behaviour. Action can be not seen as social standard due to objective or subjective reasons, purposes or motives, direct or indirect results. It can be innovative or conservative, typical or not, irregular or regular, positive or negative. However, boundaries and transitions between all such grades are rather feeble and interchangeable. The most insistent and dangerous for society and personality, hardly removed social deviations are considered as social pathology. On the level of national policy important tasks of scientifically valid analyse of the life values system and priorities for modern youth arise. Study of possible influence on the formation of value hierarchy of Ukrainians with the aim at optimization of the mentioned responsibility that will support harmonious and coordinated common being of descendants between themselves and other countries representatives is very important. That is why prevention and overcoming the displays of deviant behaviour is an important condition on the way of improving the society, an important part in social policy of the state. Conclusion that the progressive society development is defined by attitude towards children, understanding their problems, interests, requests and needs, ability to take a step forward, especially when speaking about troubled teens, was made.
