Use of innovative interactive technologies of gender education in the process of professional training of future teachers

Abstract

Education, as one of the most important social institutions, has a significant impact on gender relations, which is why gender education and the formation of favorable conditions for gender socialization are relevant areas of professional activity of teachers who specialize in social education of the younger generation. To describe the possibility of using innovative interactive technologies of gender education in the process of training future educators. Innovative interactive technologies of gender education are described as new educational practices aimed at spreading the idea of gender equality and raising the level of gender sensitivity through active engagement of participants. Such work forms include: gender camps, gender quests, flash mobs, forum-theaters, gender sports orientation, and others. The characteristic features of interactive technologies of gender education are defined: algorithm, integrity, efficiency, ability to reproduce and orientation on the formation of gender-oriented skills of the teacher. The main criteria for using interactive technologies of gender education in the process of training future educators are: innovation and flexibility of content, group interactive interaction, the possibility of practical application of existing professional knowledge, creative, search character of the activities of participants. The algorithm, features, advantages and disadvantages of using Open Space technology and quest-technology in the process of formation of gender competence of future teachers are revealed. Thus, the proposed innovative interactive technologies of gender education increase the interest of young people in the gender perspective, strengthen the desire to change outdated gender stereotypes and form a new, harmonious system of gender interaction, allow more clearly understand the rules for building harmonious gender relations, familiarize with the method of conducting information and education on gender enlightenment, allow us to fully utilize the experience of the participants. The prospect of further research is the study of the benefits of using case technology and training technology to formthe gender competence of future educators.
